Silage Trailers

We run 2 * Redrock 14.5 tonne silage trailers, which are available for self hire, or they come with tractor and operator. Two of these will hold the same quantity as 3 AW type 10 tonne trailers, so become more efficient per tonne moved.

The axle boogie is offset so there is slightly more weight on the front wheel than the back. This results in the front axle being the turning point, rather than a centre line between the two axles, which means you can get around tight corners as well as you would with a 10 tonne trailer.
