This years harvesting machinery line-up is as follows:-

CLAAS LEXION 460 c/w 22ft header

CLAAS LEXION 470 c/w 25ft header

This machine has an output up to 100 acres / day in wheat. Despite this it is only 10' 6" wide and able to get into all the small farms where the 460 can't get for the width. Both machines are fitted with yield and moisture meters to show what is going on, as well as Chaff Choppers, straw Choppers where needed, side knives and rape extensions for the rape. Crops harvested include Wheat, Barley, oats, Rape , Beans and Linseed.

CLAAS QUADRANT 2200 BALER

Operated on our 818 Fendt, this baler produces a 120 * 70 bale weighing about 350kg, depending on the material. They have 6 strings and will stand more abuse than a 4 string bale. The drier the material is the heavier the bale.

For Silage bales we have a kvernland twin arm wrapper which wraps 4,5 and 6ft bales, as well as round bales for other balers. Our Merlo is available to stack and handle the bales where required.

CONVENTIONAL BALER
Our conventional baler is still used occasionally by customers who can't handle the large bales. It is not a mainstream item, but will be kept to as part of our overall service. This has a flat eight sledge attached where required.

TRAILERS
We run several trailers from 18 tonnes down to 8 tonnes, to support the combines and for grain haulage out of store after harvest.
